The plumber will be working today.
The rain water tank guys are coming to pick up their formwork.
And only half of the steel was delivered so they may be delivering the rest either today or monday.
So along Jack's Corner Road you can expect:
Tradesman's utes
Truck to collect the formwork
and maybe a truck delivering steel.
Hope this helps

Friday 31st July
If all goes well the 2nd shipment will come in on Friday and possibly another shipment on Friday afternoon or Saturday Morning.
The concretors will be in and there will also be large delivery trucks for the waffle pods and the steel for the slab.
The plumbers are due back to finish some drainage and the electrician will be doing some finishing touches.
So please take care on Jacks Corner Road tomorrow as there will be:
Tradesman's utes a plenty.
Large semi trailers
Delivery trucks.
Some of these trucks may be impassable on sections of the road so could you please either pull into a driveway or reverse back to a passable location.
If you see trucks waiting at the entrance to Griffins Fire trail this may mean that they are waiting for a truck to come up the hill. Please feel free to ask the driver if it is safe to proceed.
Hope this helps and
sorry for the inconvienence.

wednesday 29th July
I am not expecting any deliveries to Noggarah on Wednesday.
In fact it should be a fairly quiet day.
The electrician will be there working again.
The bobcat has finished for now.
The plumber can't get there till later in the week and the slab has been put back a few more days.
So along Jack's Corner road I am only expecting:
Tradesman's Utes.
Hope this helps

Chris

Tuesday 28th July
Slowly moving forward.
Tuesday the plumber and electrician are back and the bobcat will be doing some more work around the place.
The slab has been put back till wednesday or thursday and as yet I don't know how big that crew will be.
There are some site inspections to happen Tuesday and another truck of gravel is still to come.
So along Jack's Corner Road you can expect:
Tradesman's utes
Gravel truck
and the bobcat on the back of a truck.
Hope this helps
regards

Monday 27th July
The slab is going to look like a porcupine when it is finally laid.
Monday, weather permitting could be a busy day.
The electrian wants to check all the ducting before the concretors get to it.
The plumber still needs to finish some minor stuff before the steel goes in.
The bobcat has some more filling in to do.
And the concretors are arriving to lay the steel.
So if it is a fine day, along Jack's Corner road you can expect
Tradesman's utes a plenty.
Truck carrying the re enforcing steel.
A truck and dog with gravel.
I hope this helps
